When I was in Florida I hit the outlets and walked into the Liz Claiborne store. I am a big fan of Liz and am generally pleased with the stuff I’ve bought from there. They had some jeans that were on on sale for 50% off. I was skeptical because the new styles have patterns on the pockets and it reminds me of the late seventies with Sergio Valente and the crap on the pockets, but they were calling my name. I tried them on and even my SIL told me they looked amazing. I bought them and have been kicking myself in the ass since then for not picking up more than one pair. Well…since Mr. Chatty is away with some buddies snowmobiling, I took a ride to Kittery, Maine to the Liz outlet there and found the jeans. They had one pair left in that style (right below the belly button) and another style (right above the belly button). I was pretty excited and picked them both up. Nothing makes a woman smile than a pair of jeans that makes her butt look good. It reminded me of this song. I finally have just enough butt for two pair of jeans!

  2. I’d love to see a photo of the jeans–Liz is good to me too, and I’m always interested in new jeans. I have a couple of Calvin Kleins that look good and one pair of DNKs that fit well. It took a lot of shopping to find them!

  6. I love finding things that are perfect for me. It’s always smart to buy two or three or even four of the perfect item when it’s a basic wardrobe item like jeans. Glad you found that second pair.
